Edmonton New Year's Eve celebrations

Earlier in the day, a free screening of The Princess Bride is happening at the Stanley A. Milner Library at 2:30 p.m.

There will be free outdoor performances in Sir Winston Churchill Square from 6 p.m. on. There are fireworks in the square at 8 p.m. and midnight. You can watch the fireworks on CBC Gem.
